Summer Training for fierce results!

This is a closed group of PT clients who can gain more than just physical training!

In a nut shell

📍 Continuous commitment coaching towards your personal goals over 6 weeks

📍Closed group limited spaces for 1:1 Studio Personal Training

📍On going nutrition support (This is not a diet. This is maintaining a healthy relationship with food that best fuels our bodies).

📍 Home lifestyle guidance including creating healthy habits

📍PT group closed community chat

📍 On going Goal Setting

📍Weekly Home Workouts

📍 Monthly Group Bootcamp

📍Check ins (measurements / weight if requested)

This is more than just training once a week. This continuous coaching will support & enhance your focus, mindset, energy & mental health ... while achieving your physical goals!

full breakdown

✅ 1 studio Personal Training session per week (working on your individual areas of development & goal specifics)

✅ Morning home workout online (option to do live session on catch up for 24hrs)

✅ End of month team training Bootcamp in person

✳️ Food diary throughout week 1

✳️ Nutrition changes made for week 2 

✳️ Continuous nutrition support with food swaps, introducing high energy foods & eliminating inflammatory products

❇️ Goal setting week 1 & week 3 

❇️ Healthy home habits 

(How do you eat? When do you snack? When do you have most energy? Morning routine. Morning mindset. Bedtime mindset. Barriers that disable meeting goals. Self judgment vs Self empowerment. Natural mood enhancer practices. Progressive group home challenges).

❇️ Team group chat for support, motivation, food shares, comradery. 

✳️ Measurements/Weight/Pictures week 1 & week 6

✳️ This is optional but advisory to maintain a strong motivation & to SEE your physical progress in all areas.

If you are already a PT client & wish to ‘up your commitment’ with coaching by joining the Warrior Tribe this can be done by us simply upgrading your current plan.

You’ll then be booked automatically for the following 5 weeks at the same day & time along with every Monday home workout & our monthly Sunday 9am Bootcamp!
Before your first session you’ll receive a questionnaire regarding your goals & areas of development.
