Have you tried meditation before and thought it’s not for you? Have you ever said I’d love to meditate but:

Then this is the course for you!

I found myself with a similar outlook 8 years when I was struggling to manage my mental health and although meditation was advised many times, there wasn’t anything worse I could think of than being forced to sit still, silently with my own intrusive thoughts..

I am bringing you this unique 4 week course to guide you through what meditation really is.

How you can use it to find SPACE in your mind, AWARENESS of thought patterns, and CONNECT to your truth ✨


The course will take place in 60 minute sessions across 4 consecutive weeks:

1. Introduction, do’s & don’ts - Guided Meditation Practice 1

2. Breath, how & why - Guided Meditation Practice 2

3. Sound & Senses - Guided Meditation Practice 3

4. From fight & flight to calm - Guided Meditation Practice 4

Whether you are a complete beginner or want to revisit some techniques to develop your practice, you will gain the tools to experience the remarkable benefits of meditation including:

* Reducing the stress hormone cortisol

* Lessen feelings of anxiety

* Develops self-awareness & self-esteem

* Improve sleep

* Help you deal better with stressful situations
