Free Spirit Studio is a welcoming, intimate, non intimidating space to disconnect from distractions and to focus purely on yourself, your health and your individual wellbeing.
What is wellbeing?
Wellbeing refers to diverse and interconnected dimensions of physical, mental, and social well-being that extend beyond the traditional definition of health. It includes choices and activities aimed at achieving physical vitality, mental alacrity, social satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, and personal fulfilment. Quite simply it means being happy.
How can we help your wellbeing?
We encourage clients to leave their daily worries, responsibilities & thoughts at the door and use their session times to connect to their personal power to enhance each individuals wellbeing. This is done through: FITNESS- overcoming self doubt and achieving physical goals, instilling a sense of achievement, strength, endurance, progression & confidence. YOGA- connecting to the subtle body energy system, increasing self awareness inside & out. RELAXATION- releasing physical tensions, quietening the monkey mind to enhance mental clarity, focus and awareness of the present moment . As well as these core services we also offer holistic & mental health therapies to deliver over all wellbeing personal development.
What will work best for you?
Through a variety of Private 1-2-1 Coaching, small group sessions, workshops, educational seminars and group events we provide the means to achieve optimum health through fitness, yoga, relaxation& mental health awareness. Each of our small group classes are shown on the “sessions” area of the website with a brief description and suitable ability levels. For private sessions we offer a free consultation to discuss your individual goals, areas of development, and any other questions you may have about getting started.
Unsure of group classes?
Our studio is purposefully unlike an intimidating gym atmosphere. Group sessions are small and focussed on every person feeling a sense of accomplishment, happier, healthier and more connected to their own personal development. That’s why we make all group sessions an intimate and friendly atmosphere with a maximum of 8/10 people per class for full individual immersion. The studio is home to like-minded people embracing their physical, mental, emotional and energetic strengths and coming together as an encouraging support network to exceeding individual goals.
New to fitness, yoga or meditation?
Group sessions are open to total beginners (unless stated otherwise) and we welcome clients to try a mix of fitness & yoga or equally stay with whichever you find works best for you at this time on your journey.
No strings attatched!
Sessions are pay as you go to enable you to do just that. Our aim is to relieve stress from every day living and enhance every day health & happiness. Therefore just book yourself in and pay online when you want to come along. We just ask that you let us know 24hours before your session if you need to cancel so that we can offer your space out.
