Triangle Sessions utilise the concept of Wellbeing as a whole, integrating equal aspects of Fitness, Yoga & Relaxation into one full Body, Mind & Soul wellbeing session.
A workout AND a work in, through which we burn calories & build physical strength, lengthen & create space in the body, and find calm & peace in the mind.
Triangle sessions are broken down evenly into each section of Fitness, Yoga & Relaxation (hence the 3 points of our indestructible shape- our ever standing strong Triangle!) with specifically written sequences for all abilities, body types, body shapes, sex, age and energy level.
