For the week of December we will be running another lunchtime group yoga session per week to help ease the Christmas Chaos!
Join us every Tuesday Lunchtime (12pm) for 60 minutes of Hatha Yoga followed by 15 minutes of relaxation & meditation.
Sessions are suitable for all abilities and are programmed to aid in releasing tension, improving focus, decreasing stress, increasing flexibility & developing strength.
Leave feeling restored, relaxed and rejuvenated for whatever the rest of the week has in store with an attitude of gratitude, an clearer mind and a strong, long & confident body.
