BOOTCAMP 

Commit to get fit & through progressive training in a friendly, supportive & encouraging group.  Full body shaping, toning & fat shredding split between Weight Training & HIIT/ Tabata sessions every week.  Progress weekly in strength, stamina & determination while achieving your best fitness in a fun, high energy, motivated team .

DANCE FIT

Exercise through the fun and freedom of dance. You do not need to be able to boogie to join us for this session.  Each tune on the varied playlist is our feel good soundtrack to exercise/dance moves. Easy to do, easy to follow, easy to forget that you’re even working out (with the exception of burning thighs and sweaty foreheads). 

PERFECT FOR ANYONE WANTING TO MOVE TO A SUPER FUN SOUNDTRACK, BURN CALORIES, INCREASE THEIR CARDIO OUTPUT AND ENJOY THEMSELVES.

LEVEL 1 FITNESS TRAINING

Full Body workout utilising all muscle groups through various training techniques including circuits, HIIT, Tabata, isolation exercises & combinations of all of the above. All sessions are suitable for anyone building upon a foundation level of fitness & strength with session mates at the same level.

BEGINNERS FITNESS TRAINING  

Our 6 weeks progressive course for beginners to fitness training.  A gentle yet dynamic approach to learning a variety of full body exercises, with correct techniques and natural progression- ranging from week 1 Body Weight Strengthening, to weeks 3 introducing Functional Weighted Equipment, to week 6 increasing full body tone, definition, fat loss, endurance and most importantly confidence. 

Perfect for anyone wanting a GENTLE, progressive, strengthening & STAMINA BUILDING workout .
Suitable for all abilities & ideal for those who ARE STARTING OUT ON THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY.

BEGINNERS YOGA

Learn yoga through 4 weeks of progressive sessions. Each week develop practice through seated, standing , balancing postures, flowing sequences, breathing, mudras & meditation.  The weeks progress through Restorative yoga, Static holds, flowing sun salutation sequences & finally an established practice you can take with you as a firm foundation for your yoga journey to progress from.

Perfect for anyone new to yoga, wanting to learn a break down of postures, looking for an array of styles to incorporate into their practice. Followed by calming, guided meditation.  
Suitable for all abilities.

YOGA PROGRESSION SESSIONS 

For the 4 weeks after our Beginners Course we offer open sessions for progressions. These led practices are a chance to explore the postures & flows of a Yoga For All class but with emphasis on alignment, transitions, variables, taking time to explore our capabilities and finding our individual ‘edge’.  

PERFECT FOR ANYONE WITH A NEW OR EXISTING YOGA PRACTICE, WHO HAS A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF YOGA, WHO WOULD LIKE MORE TIME IN POSTURES FOR SELF EXPLORATION, WHILE LEARNING & MAINTAINING CORRECT ALIGNMENT & TRANSITIONS.
SUITABLE FOR ALL ABILITIES.

HATHA VINYASA YOGA (Yoga for all)

Welcoming space, length & strength within softness, through a mixture of seated, standing, balancing postures & flowing sequences. Stimulating, balancing & harmonising the Chakras, while opening the physical body. Options to make postures & flows more dynamic for the days you have more oomph or taking things more gently on softer days. Each class is a unique & explorative guided experience through body & mind to reveal the spirit, with modifications, guidance & demonstrations throughout.  

Perfect for stretching & strengthening the whole body, increasing flexibility, releasing tension & energy blockages, focusing the mind, improving posture & calming the nervous system. Followed with calming, guided meditation. Fully led and guided class with options for variations.

ROCKET YOGA

An uplifting, energising & strengthening, structured physical practice incorporating flight, flow, fun, & freedom as a non stop, Balanced tempo, moving meditation.

Utilising the physical strength & stability of Ashtanga & the fluidity & freedom of Hatha Vinyasa. Focus is on movement with breath, exploring the same postures, arm balances & flows each week through the set Rocket 1 sequence, maintaining focus of the mind & eradication of the ego.  

 Perfect for building a strengthening, personal, fun & progressive practice. Followed by personal meditation.
Ideally Rocketers will have attended one of our Rocket Workshops or already have a basic yoga understanding, however modifications available for all abilities.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A deeply relaxing physical & subtle energy practice. Slow paced, long held physical stretches, systematically working to harmonise the chakra system. Gently releasing tensions physically, mentally, emotionally & energetically through specific postures, enabling greater physical mobility & energetic/ somatic release.  Breath work and visualisations to induce a sense of deep calm, clarity and positivity.

Perfect for anyone wanting a deep release physically & mentally without flowing sequences or lots of standing. Breathing practices throughout to calm the nervous system & induce a tranquil state of consciousness for guided meditation & personal healing.
Suitable for all abilities/ most injuries.

MONTHLY MEDITATION

Blissful session inviting an inner retreat from outside distractions. Short calming sequence to release physical tensions (specifically through neck & head) then totally calm the nervous system & quieten the mind with deep guided breathing practices and fully led meditation. Bringing focus & stillness to mind & body while envigorating the soul. 

Perfect for everybody!! Meditation should almost be a staple part of living for everyone!

HIMALAYAN CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL SOUND BATH

Meditative practice simply bathing in the sound waves of beautiful crystal singing bowls. Known to help release emotional and energetic blockades and invoke a feeling of restoration.
