As the nights begin to stay lighter for longer and our desire to hibernate past 6pm dwindles, we’re embracing the spring evenings and spring cleaning our bodies, minds and personal energy resources from the inside out.
Join us for our already super popular Restorative Yoga with a new evening time of 7pm. Enjoy all the glorious magic of Relaxation Yoga by glowing candle light, set to ambient music, encompassing lengthening and opening postures for all abilities, ages, bodies and minds.
Absolutely no need for previous yoga experience. Even students nursing injuries benefit from the healing postures we explore at a gentle and supportive pace.
Our evening Relaxation Yoga is completed with 15 minutes guided meditation and reiki.
