Feel Good Fridays

It’s that beautiful time again- our Group Guided Monthly Meditation.

60 minutes of total relaxation in body & mind, beginning with physical tension release (specifically through neck & head), calming the nervous system with breathing practices & quietening the mind with deep relaxing guided meditation.

Switch off from outside distractions & responsibilities & connect to a stillness within. Meditation helps us to heal, to sleep, to re-energise, to connect to our instinct and to find a sense of calm and true relaxation in a busy lifestyle.

Monthly Meditation is held on the last Friday of each month. As there is very little movement we suggest you wear/bring anything that will make you as comfortable as possible. (Blankets and pillows are provided for extra comfort).🌟
